change banner

I'm still having trouble changing my banner. In 'Header', I choose 'custom banner', 'choose image', browse to find 'new image', I find the file, which is 11kb, 603x75 pixels, click 'upload', and nothing happens. What ama I doing wrong? Thanks for any help.

    Hi Kinz, is the file a jpg, gif or png?

    yes, it's a JPG.

    I think that's what I'm doing. I'm at my SmugMug site (the one above), I log in, and try to do the changes, but nothing happens.

    does it matter what type of Jpeg -- like how it was created? What software? I can try to do it using something else.

    Just needs to be a JPG. Nothing fancy :)
    I'm not seeing any successful uploads for you today at all.
    Try our regular uploader and upload to this gallery, then select your new banner from Easy Customizer.

    I've tried to upload one or two JPEG's a half a dozen times and nothing happens. I've turned off Firewalls and antivirus thinking that might be the problem, but still nothing. Where is the "regular uploader"?

    THANK YOU ANDY! I really appreciate the help. I knew it must be simple, but I just wasn't clicking the right places. I know it wasn't much of a change, but it was something that has been bothering me. Now maybe I'll try to change the page from white to a color! Uh oh...watch out! One day I'll try to figure out how to make the site have the rotating photos and the "home", "galleries", etc. menus on the first page. Thanks again.
