Every so often I try to create an art picture. And this is one of them.
Most of the time I try to work as a photographer, but this was refreshing for me. Well actually it was more playtime then anything else.

    I like the image of the woman, but the blur thing does nothing for me. In my opinion, it was the wrong image for that treatment.

    Her face, skin and the background look great. But I'm with Icebear -- the blur on the hair doesn't work for me. Keep it up though -- gotta make art sometimes!

    Art is definitely subjective and this is proof of it...I do like what you've done here with the post processing minus the "motion blur" effect....
