We don't get much snow here in North West Oregon so when we got snow showers with cloud breaks and bright sunshine I decided to see what I could shoot.

Excellent set! The subtle colors and the tones are wonderful. #2 is my favorite. Everything about that photo just pulls me in. . .beautiful lines, and the lighting and colors really give it that feeling of winter. And I love the lighting in the last one with the road leading you right up to that beam of diffused light coming down from the heavens. Wonderfully done.

#2 for me as well, great light in that one. And it looks like you will have lots more opportunity to shoot snow and weather the next couple days. Pretty big storm it seems.

I don't think the snow will survive today, there was 5 inches on the ground this morning but it is raining buckets out there right now.

Great selection. My first gut reaction was to like the colorful busyness of the 2nd photo, but with longer inspection I'm gonna go with the 3rd photo. The blurred out water lets that bright wave on the right stand out more and act more as a leading-line but I feel that this effect is overwhelmed by the busyness in the 2nd. I hate conforming to 'rules' but I think the centralized horizon in number 2 is....I don't know, uncomfortable? And how great is the magenta from the lens flair in the 4th picture!
