photoshop elements 7

hello:i succesfuly dowloaded a picture from my smugmug site to my computer.problem is i cant get the pic into my elements catelog.i have the pic in pictures and documents thanks

    If Elements 7 functions the same as Elements 8, which I have, the process is:

    Open the Elements Organizer
    File-> Get Photos and Videos -> From Files and Folders
    Then select the file

    If you plan to do this frequently, you can set up 'watched folders' and Elements will automatically 'find' new photos in those folders.
    File-> Watch Folders
