Is SmugChat working?

I don't see it on the help page.

So, typing in "chat" in the search box on our help page would have gotten you this page:

Here's what happens. About the time you looked, our European Heros were plowing through a bunch of emails. Once those get under control we re-open the chat service. And we're open for Chat during those times, too, but sometimes our Heroes go back and forth between both. Today's a little special because we're training up a new European Hero and so we a tiny bit backlogged

We always answer emails, even when the Chat service isn't available.
