This is an old Humble station in San Antonio. It is the last one in the city. Here is a link with more info about it: http://www.texasescapes.com/TexasGasStations/SanAntonioHumbleGasStation.htm
These shots are from a couple of years ago (I've been browsing my files for some stuff to post until I can get out to shoot some more). I tried to re-shoot this a few weeks ago but there were construction workers present. I think someone may be restoring the building.
I hope you enjoy this bit of Texas history.

The closeup shot is real good. The HDR treatment on the last one shows a light touch of that processing....nothing overboard, and that's good. I hope you can get out for some new shooting soon.
Take care,
Tom

Thanks for the history too - one of my favorite things about viewing other's images is the chance to see places I've never been to.
Love the series and the rust!

I like #1 as the rest. I think the building has a lot of potential for great shots, it's a pity that it may be restored.

Probably not; usually hazmat removal issues
Nice series

This looks like a treasure trove of shooting. I like the side of the building with the sign, but then I am a sign junkie. I also like the shot of the whole building. It looks like a very interesting facade.
