offended by the photo or the artist's work. I don't find either offensive
or controversial.
There's lot of artwork about where I really don't understand what
the artist was trying to convey. This is one of them. He or she
probably had something in mind, but it doesn't come across to me.
My first thought looking at this is that it looks so much like the statue-Jesus is holding a camera in his right hand that I want to Photoshop one in there after reshooting the scene wider with a couple pretending to pose in front of him...

The photo itself is a bit odd. Either infrared or sadly lacking in contrast.
I've never been a big fan of infared, but I know others like it.
