How much are you looking to pay? I have one and live in SoCal. I don't know if I want to sell it but for the right price, I may be convinced.

    Let me know.

The title says you're looking for a 28-70, are you also open to its replacement, the 24-70 2.8? How much are you looking to spend?

Well...my budget for the older version is $900. I am in Corona, fyi. perhaps we can meet and I can check out the lens.

Sorry but the 24-70 is out of my league...unless you want to let it go for $901! ha :P

Wouldn't that be nice! HA. No, sadly I think my accounts payable department (AKA my wife) would smack me upside the head if I sold the 24-70 for $900.

Good luck with your purchase sir!

lol....that is why I said $901 sir. I think my accounts payable(my wife) would kill me as well if I were to think of the 24-70! Even the 28-70 is grudgingly approved! :P wings.gif

Well, you have a gitzo CF 'pod and a kirk ballhead... so either you a lot better at negotiation that I am, or you've got a lot different priorities than me. Laughing.gifclap.gif
