Persistant keyword indexing problem

Please check this as the complaints are genuine, it is just not working like it normally does.

Keywords are not indexed. Not after a day waiting either. CSS is good, did not edit&save keywords, all settings are to use, index and display keywords.

I just did the "Hello Smuggers" off & on thing and within minutes the keywords popped up. That pretty much proves that the indexing was stuck.

I just created a new gallery and uploaded pictures and again no keywords. Did the Hello Smuggers trick again in the hope I get keywords ... and yes! a minute after the keywords are there.

p.s. I use jfSmugMug LR plug-in for uploads.

Hi Nick,

I'm sorry about that. We were seeing a temporary issue with some keywords not properly indexing. The issue should be resolved and indexing for new uploads processes fine from what I can see. Please note that keyword indexing may take a while after the photo processed.
On older uploads where the keywords didn't index, you can toggle the 'hello smuggers' setting off and on in the gallery settings of the gallery to get the keywords to re-index.

If you still encounter an issue, please email us with details (including a link to the photo / gallery in question) on the helpdesk.

I had the same problems - but I noticed, if you make a copy of the uploaded photo, then it will show yours photo keywords for the pic - a kind of trick
