Check of valid data in basket

I`ve just a question.

Will it be possible to implement on my smugmug - shop to implement the "check - feature" of (example) the postcode and phonenumber of europe as well ?!

I think if somebody come to buy a print of me they can put in everything they put in the boxes. There is actually no checking of valid data (example phone-number) . :scratch
I hope you know what I try to tell you guys ! :wink

Is there a possibility to implement this feature for the european Smugmug-customers as well ?!
