How to add more thumbnail images to your galley?

I have been really searching around and can not find any documentation for this!

I am using "Traditional" view . It only shows 12 thumbnails on each page.. Sometimes I have 800-2000 images in a gallery... That would not make the customer that happy to go through that many pages....

So my question would be -- How do get more than 12 thumbs on a gallery page?

I know about the "All Thumbnails" view -- which list ALL your images on one page.. but that doesn't seem right.

There has got to be a simple answer for this!!! THanks in advance!!

Please use "Thumbnails" style and then you can choose if you want infini-scroll (keep scrolling and we show more thumbs) or paginated pages. It's also one of our newest styles and will always be supported. All Thumbs and Traditional are old styles, we do keep them around but they're not ever going to be updated.

Hey Andy, thanks so much for the tip! It worked!!

The only thing I don't understand is the "Show many pages of thumbnails" option.. This only shows 8 per time.. any way to Manually edit this number??
( I do like the infinite scroll option too, I am just thinking about Advertising refreshing for monetize purposes!! )

Also, I do enjoy the "full image" click to "light box" overlay of the Large image.. But we also really enjoy the Larger image to open up like the "Traditional" method.. so in a new page ( from your customization edits on your page! )

    Any way to do this??

Thanks so much. We are very happy with our Pro account, just trying to figure out all of our options!! THanks again.

Another old legacy style (single image page) that we won't ever update - so you're best off using Lightbox thumb.gif

This is entirely dependent upon # of photos in your gallery and the size of your screen. And in gallery settings you can force how thumbnails behave (paginated or infinity scroll).

Please add a way to ADD more images to THUMBNAILS on the TRADITIONAL style!!!

You would think this would be a pretty easy fix!!! This is the only style we like as a business model, mainly because of our advertisers!!

    Thanks.

Hi, I'm very sorry - but we have no plans to update "Traditional" style. Why is it that you can't use our more modern "Thumbnails" style?

    Hi Andy.

The modern version of Thumbnails are really nice. I do like the autoscrolling... but the fact is, we have advertisers that rely on page impressions.. without the 50 thumbnails to a page and having the click on the thumbnail to open the larger image on another page ( and not lightbox ) only helps us for more page impressions, adsense and we are all happy! Especially our advertisers who pay us $$$ . We take thousands of photos of events each weekend and put up a minimum of 3-5 galleries per week. We have 50,000 uniques a day -- so as you can see, if we go to the autoscrolling feature, we will loose a lot of those page impressions.. :-(

Is there any else we can do, to have a "Tradional" style work the way we want it too??

With the modern Thumbnail style, the address in your browser's address bar changes whenever you move to a new page. Same goes for the lightbox - clicking on a photo to view a photo large changes the address in your browser. If your tracking tool doesn't support this, isn't there a more modern one that allows for this?
Without AJAX (javascript) browsing we wouldn't be where we are today. Among other things, it allows us to provide super fast page loads which wouldn't be possible with traditional html pages.
