    Gosh, I love your geese. I am super jealous! How do you get so close?

    I can't ID the little bird, either, but I love his puffed up stand. Looks a bit miffed to me. (Is probably just getting warm, smile.)

    it's kind of like positioning yourself at the end of the runway at an airport - then all you have to do is wait until they fly overhead. :D Actually, I took about 200 shots in an hour or so...here's one more of a swan at a distance - but I like the colorful background....
