WFT-E5A (Wireless Transmitter) Question

I am getting a WFT-E5A wireless transmitter for my 7D and have some questions for anyone with experience. I have been shooting sports for a league that recently upgraded their website so they can have live updates. As part of that they would like to have pictures uploaded automatically during the game (I usually upload after the games).
My primary question is can you upload directly to a website using the transmitter? Based on my limited research so far it does not look like this would be an option, but wanted to ask. I will be shooting in an arena that has wifi available. After the games I currently upload to a flickr account for the pictures to be used, so ultimately that is what I will need to do.
If anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate it. If there is a method to go direct, that would be ideal, but if there is a way to workaround I can make that work as well. I do have a laptop that I can take to the arena if I need to have something set up. Hopefully this makes sense, but my networking knowledge is fairly limited.
