Kinda painfull to look at really. Now maybe if the background was still, and the kid was a whirl of activity (shouldn't take too long of an exposure with most kids.) then it might be easier on the eyes.

Well, really, I think the boy's blur or activity needs to be balanced by something stable.
Although I do know some parents who claim their life is like that photo, so what do I know?
