I use: http://photos.foto-biz.com on smugmug. I just checked the "Gods" and Google reported the following HTML suggestions for improvements:

Is there a way of controlling these in SM?

I'm awaiting an answer to this also...although I have been going through each gallery and changing the Title to one unique to the gallery. One I am not sure how to fix however is the home page. Google tells me it has a duplicate title tag. Does anyone know how to fix this? Next crawl I'll find out if I'm on the right track.

Looking at your homepage source code, I don't see any duplicate title tag. I'm not sure if you already made a change of sorts?

As for duplicate titles or descriptions in other pages, can you give a specific example?

Thanks for the quick response. I ended up changing Title in the advanced site wide customization and it looks like that took care of the duplicate home page title tag. One still eludes me though here;

Would you know how I could eliminate this duplicate title tag?

Looking at the page source, I can only see one title tag.
Do you refer to the content of the title tag? Those are two photos of the same gallery and therefore the title will be the same. As far as I know, that's the way with photos from any gallery - the title content only differs for different galleries.
