shot also appears back-focused. The ball is sharper than his face. I'm a big fan of tight framing, but this may be too tight. The facial expression just isn't good enough to make it so large. A bit more space would also help mitigate the focus issue.
How is this for the color, I don't have a calibration device for my monitor, so I am going by my eye. I know the focus is out on the face, I shot this before I fully understood how to focus my 7D, Ive learned some stuff on line, I seem to be getting better with that but not sure. I just started with photography, and I am just now starting to focus on the little stuff, I have lightroom where I can mess with the color, but I still need to learn about exposure and how the color should look in a picture, thanks for the critiques, helps me alot to learn what I am doing, I learn something new everyday.
