Shopping Cart Issues

I am having a shopping cart issue I've never had. I've made no changes to my computer and usually have no issues with the cart so this really concerns me. Are there any issues with the cart?

Just to save time I'm currently on Windows XP, use Norton, have tried disabling it, already have the smugmug addresses listed as trusted sites, have tried this with both internet explorer and opera, and if needed can try it on a different computer later this week or my android cell phone if that might work temporarily. The problem is I can't get past the payment info tab.

While I'm here I am the old user mynakedsoda. I can't remember my old password or what email I used when I signed up back in 2004. Any way I can get back in my old account. The user photo is the tatoo I still have by the way.

For your cart issue, please just try this... Leave your cart, and logout. Log back in, and access your cart through the view cart link. You should be able to get past the billing page, after you do that.

As for accessing your old mynakedsoda site, there's nothing there to recover. It was closed too long ago, (several years) so I'm afraid the content is gone. Sorry.

2. I don't want my old smugmug account back. I already have a new one set up under http://www.mynakedsoda.com/
