Drive by hawk

Traveling to work and saw this hawk along the road; had my camera and stopped and took the pic. I'm guessing it's a red tail?

    Troy, I don't know what kind of hawk it is, but it is one beautiful sharp image. I also love the soft pink BG and wahtever that bush it is perchec on is. Nice job!
