    I love the field effect! I think it works best in number 2, that one blurred tile in the top right of the 1st image keeps pulling the eye in, and the skull surrounded by empty space becomes a focal point. In number 2 however, my eye just keeps running around like crazy and it becomes almost a texture. Like I said, I love it!
