@highwater005, when I got my PW's (including the mini tt1), I had a helluva time trying to get everything to work as expected, even with freshie-fresh batteries. You might check PW's website for troubleshooting techniques before you get too far towards pulling your hair out.

I had found a how-to for factory reset and it made all the pain go away.
