Possible to Make 'Decent' Documents Using Medium Size?

I went to an event tonight where I saw that I think are hundreds of my images used in the making of collage-type documents for the archive of this organization. I didn't give permission for this, and I didn't see my watermark on the images, so I think they were cropped off. A lot of these may not have been my images, but some are mine without a doubt.

So my questions is, is it possible to use a Medium size image in a word document or similar document with a print size of 3x2 inches (biggest I saw) with decent image quality?

Samir, our Medium size is up to 600x450 pixels. A 3x2 inch print of a 600x400 pixel photo means the dpi is 200, which will yield quite good print quality. For comparison, the minimum pixel size requirements that SmugMug uses for printing with our labs can be found here:

Thank you very much for the detailed answer. 3x2 was actually the largest size, so 1x2 would yield even better results. I'm just going to have to have a better look at those pages for any credits, and if not, I'm going to have to have a stern talking with them. I bust my butt to produce those pictures and if they don't value them enough to license them properly, I need to create a stronger watermark that renders images useless.
