Anyone have experiance with this? I cannot find a review on any of my regular forums (DP Review, FM, DG). Anyone use one? I would like to get this rather than a 550 or 580 due mostly to size and cost.

I am looking to pair this with a Rebel XT and 28-70 lens, for mostly family type photos. I am thinking ahead to Thanksgiving and want to get some good family small group indoor shots.

Also, while I have you reading - can you comment of diffusers you like. I want softer shots and like what i have seen on Gary Fong's website with his diffusers - Lightsphere II. Better than Omnibounce or just different marketing?
It is the purpose of life that each of us strives to become actually what he is potentially. We should be obsessed with stretching towards that goal through the world we inhabit.

The nice thing about the omni bounce....its relatively cheap, tough, and inconspicuous. It doesnt look like this huge sphere on your flash. It just slips on over the flash and really helsp diffuse the light around. Very easy to fit in a camera bag, or just leave on your flash all the time. Its what I use on my 420ex. thumb.gif
