Couple shots from a Photowalk in Portland

I'll just show my favorite 4, and then link to the album. There's only 7 photo's in total in the album. There was a Google+ photowalk/meetup in Portland, OR Sunday night. Over 50 people showed up in the rain and it was a lot of fun. Lots of rain all night and quite a breeze on the bridges made for not very awesome long exposures. A handful turned out decent, but not very many considering I took like 120 shots or so.

All comments and critiques are welcome in an capacity. I think only one shot did not have rain on the lens, so I had to deal with that even with my Kata rain cover.
These first 2 shots are a before/after and I would very much like some critiques on it. It came out dark SOOC and I played around with a few adjustments and I prefer it lighter than darker, but would like some opinions on the processing of it since I didn't get it "right" out of camera.
