Hi, Just thought I would share some random shots I've taken here and there. Any feedback, positive or negative, would be greatly appreciated :D

    Hey Dave, nice to have you here. This is a nice series of images you have here. I just noticed some sensor dust in the first image in the sky that you could clone out. I know it's off topic, but I wonder what other people think about watermarking, for me(and only in my opinion) the watermarking in your photos is too dominant. The 3rd image looks like an advertisement for you with a nice background. It'll be interesting to hear what others have to say about this as I know peoples views on watermarking vary greatly.

    As Colin says, opinions about watermarks range all over the place. In this case, I'm with him as I find your watermark to be very intrusive....to the extent that it detracts greatly from what would otherwise be some nice work.

    Welcome to the forum. I look forward to more from you. I would suggest that you post your pictures in a larger version ( perhaps X2 ). The software the forum employs will then scale them to the viewer's screen.

    There are thousands and thousands of GREAT photos on this site that don't have watermarks on them. Think about it.

    Nice shots. Agree with the above posts that your watermark greatly detracts from otherwise good work.

    We would not assume to know what you do with your images, therefore if you need the watermark, use one! Most with commercial intentions use watermarks on their images. Nothing wrong with that. It's the world we live in thumb.gif
