Snowy Owls in Washington State

Hi all,
I am not a wildlife photographer by any means, but with the recent story on NBC last night, seems these Snowy Owls have come down into many of the northern US states for some new territory and meals :wink
Curious if anyone here has been to the Nisqually Nat'l Refuge in the last few days or weeks? Any luck? I'd like to head there early Sunday morning if it has any promise!
Biggest question I had when looking for Snowy Owls... More likely to see them at 6am? 9am? noon?
Thanks in advance.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
