The Hornibrook Bridge

Opened in 1935 & is 2.8 klms long (1.7 miles) They are talking about pulling it down but its used for bikes & runners all day long not to forget the fishermen.

As long as i live i will believe that to go fwd..man automatically puts his brain in reverse.

Beautiful! Isn't it a shame the historic things they tear down. So many historic buildings have been torn down in our area.

The colors in the photo give it a happy lively look. I like how the people and their activities are in focus and add interest, but don't distract too much from the over shot.

Great thing to do 'gus. I've got shots of a covered bridge that was burned by an arsonist last spring. Absolutely nothing left but the stone footings. Hard to believe. Help them to see the beauty in the bridge you shot 'gus. Don't let them tear it down!!

And a barn I shot several times, is now a pile of timbers too.

I hope, maybe by saving an image, I can help the karma of the local neighborhood a little bit.

There great shots mate...hell it looks cold ! I would have little difficulty putting people that burn heritage stuff down into a set of stocks in the town square.
