Andy, what's going on. I got an email saying this. *smugmug traffic alert:

Per your request, since you've gone over your allocated bandwidth, we've billed you for an extra 12 GB of bandwidth, usable in monthly chunks of 1GB per month.

In total, you've sent 0 B so far this month, out of a (new) maximum of 0 B.*

I didn't request anything. I just logged in to check my Bandwidth usage, and it says that I have used 1.03GB (out of 16GB) for this month.
Please let me know why I got the email as stated above.:dunno

    Hi Rocky,

Coupla things while I look into this for you:

What does your reporting say? (Control panel>Statistics>More Details ... (check prior month)

Did you have a particularly popular gallery this month? If it's due to a special circumstance don't worry about it we'll take care of it. Just want to make sure you aren't running 250 ebay auctions with 10 photos each ... mwink.gif

Do you have auto bandwidth for additional bandwidth enabled?
