3 would be my pick, too - but imo they'd all (3 in particular) benefit from a lower pov to help separate the spray from the bg highlights.
I also try side / back lit scenarios as I quite like the results ...when the subjects co-operate
A good set Chris. I would try to tone down the highlights a tad but that's my preference.
