How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Wow...didn't think I'd make the finals on this one cuz there were so many awesome photos! Most of my favorites made the finals, but a few didn't...so Seamus, Greaper, jmearns, Adrian, Khaos, aero-nut, chisjlee and Mitchell and probably more I'm forgetting to mention...your photos really blew me away!

Thanks Andy and Shakey for choosing mine (and thanks Dee for your advice...ya sure got it right, Laughing.gif!). I know there's no chance I'll win, but it's still nice to be included iloveyou.gif in such good company.
Congrats to all whether finalists or not!

It had to be difficult to choose... 60 plus entries? Tough stuff. Anyway, great "Natures Colors" everyone... It only took me 15 minutes choose this time.

Also, Thanks to David for the help... Your tips and suggestions help make "In the Garden" the shot that it is.

    peace.

Ditto for me too! I updated my entry early this morning, but never thought it would be included in the final 10 given that all the other photos were outstandingclap.gif

Oh WOW! I'm thrilled to be included in the voting. There were so many great photos, I don't know how it was culled down to the ten finalist. A tough job, I'm sure, but well done Andy and Shakey. Thanks for all you do.

I've voted for my favorite. It grabbed me from the first glimpse and my mind has not been changed from the get go.

    Good luck to all

Thanks to Andy and Shakey for chosing my pic to be one the finalist.
I've looked through the thread a few times, and can't find a pic that I
wouldn't be proud to say that I shot.

Good job to everyone, and thanks to those that voted for my pic.

Ah - how cool is that? I'm away for a few days and I check back in to see that I'm on the list of finalists - hard to believe with all the other great choices. Nice way to start the day.

    Happy shootin' all.

You are very welcome. I learn something new about photography every day from all the folks here. It's nice to be able to help out once in a while.

I love the way your picture has so much depth, almost 3D. It always amazes me how such a simple technique can do so much.

Since my own feeble shot actually made it to the final (my first attemp too) I'll have to get more involved in this challange lark!

As far as I know it's both, it's happened before, fairly recently I think. headscratch.gif
