Google indexing issues - sitemap, etc

Hi. When I use Webmaster Tools to look at what is being crawled I see no data. As I look deeper it says I do not have a site-map submitted. I tried to manually submit it using the link: http://www.bluewaterprism.com/sitemap-index.xml that is listed at the end of .../robots.txt and I get an error from Google that it cannot be found. I see that there are many exclusions in the robot.txt file - is that causing this? It is the generic one - I did not change any of it. Thanks.

    Hi Jay,

There's nothing to worry about. Your site's SmugIslands settings are set properly to allow Google and other search engines to index it.

The error you see about your sitemap is just a temporary thing. Google will retry at a later point and eventually should be able to get your sitemap. It may take Google a couple of tries. Give it a week or two.

I would understand if I did not manually submit it and get a 404 error. I have another site (a wordpress one) that I can manually submit it and get a positive result back.

    Jay,
We're currently quite popular at Google and thus on occasion we have to turn Google down to let them try again later.

Your sitemap url is working fine and Google will simply try accessing it again later.

So...I am getting an 403 HTML error on this page: http://www.bluewaterprism.com/include/ that I do not even know what it is. There are also a few errors on pages that robot.txt blocks but I suspect I should ignore those?
