LR Plugin 1.0.2.22 won't update?

I have SmugMug Lightroom plugin version 1.0.2.19 installed and LR 3.6 keeps telling me about a new version, 1.0.2.22 and I click download and install, but it never really installs. I keep ending up with 1.0.2.19. What do I do to fix this?

Ok, well I downloaded it manually and dropped the new files into the folder where the old plugin is and now it shows the new version. I guess the automated way doesn't work.

Also, for reference for future updates, if you go into your Plug-In Manager and down to the Plug-In Author Tools, you would be able to click the Plug-In Update and that will take care of it for you.

Adobe doesn't give us a way to restart LR or reload the plugin after the upgrade. So you can either restart LR manually or reload it from the plugin manager screen.

Sorry about the hassle, I'll take a look at improving the user experience there.
