renewal - it wont let me

When I go to upgrade or renew, it asks me for my email and password....which do not work. When I choose "forgot password" or contact us, it automatically kicks me over to my homepage (where I am logged in AND can log in & out with ease)
Smugmug doesn't need my coin or wants to give me a free renewal?? I'll take it!

u would recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies. Then restart your browser and try logging in again. If that does not work, please send us an email. We will verify that you are the account owner then, and we can manually reset your password to help get you logged in http://help.smugmug.com

and click on logout if it shows. Once logged out, you can click on login and use the 'forgot password' option. It only works if you're fully logged out.
