I just posted shots of a Wedding and some people are starting to buy them but as they are diffrent crop ratios (4x6,5x7 & 8x10) they are mistakenly buy missed sized prints.

Can I turn off 4x6 and 5x7 ordering of an 8x10 sized image to avoid the confusion ??

Thanks
Lou

Lou, in "custom pro pricing" (in photo tools menu) you can set pricing for the items you want to sell. Those items you DO NOT wish to offer for sale, set to $0.00 and they will not be available. More info here in the help section. Please holler back if you need anything else.

    Hope this helps,

    Andy

oK.. That is very cumbersome.. I guess I should have named which images are what size.. but still changing each image in the gallery is a pain in the arse. What do you wedding guys do with 200 image shoots.

I have 70 in there and it is goingto take a while !

They do it once, and then replicate from that gallery mwink.gif - you'll see. Oh wait - you don't do it for each shot it's done at the gallery level deal.gif - please reply that you got it?

Andy means that you can set the prices for the whole gallery at once rather than each picture individually. That'll save you a ton of time!

    Mike,

I get that I can set the pricing for the whole gallery. But the issue is if I have a mix of 4x6,5x7 and 8x10 formatted images all mixed together and I don't want gramdma to place a order for a 4x6 print of an 8x10 formatted image I have to go zero out the 4x6 and the 5x7 prices for that image or she can order it and the crop will be wrong (and she will want a refund). I am just pointing out that that could take a lot of time.

Knowing what I know now I would have probably broken the formats up into different galleries. With the wedding name as a sub-catagory. That is a job for the morning.

Many people are not savy enough to look at the crop in the cart and make adjustments.
