Search by EXIF feature

I have about 20,000 photos on my smugmug account. I have been lazy importing photos with keywords etc... Quite often, I find myself looking for 'all photos I've taken with Canon T2i camera" or "all photos I've taken with Nikon D700" because I need to share a photo or an example in a related forum. In Lightroom for example, it is elementary to select photos by EXIF: you can select all photos taken with a certain camera, lens, or at certain ISO, etc...

I leave all my EXIF info intact when uploading to smugmug. Is it difficult for smugmug to implement a search feature when one could search photos not only by year or month, but also by camera used for example? I am not a programmer, but it seems to me that it should be something easy to implement, no?
Nikon:
D700/ 50mm 1.8G/ 85mm 1.4D /28-105D
D90/ 18-200VR /35mm 1.8G /Tokina 11-16 F/2.8

    That way other users can vote and comment on your suggestion, and it helps us keep track of all suggestions made.

    And about the "easy" part, it hardly ever is. That's one of the first things I learned working for SmugMug. Yes, I'm not a programmer either.

    I did post on feedback pages as requested and hopefully enough people would vote for this so it is implemented. I think it is a no-brainer because many people post their photos in various gear-related forums.

    Can't believe this feature is not actually built in already to Smugmug.
    Anyone know of a photo hosting site that has this (besides Flickr)?
    Probably time to make a move.

    SmugMug global search does allow you to limit your search by different criteria, like camera and iso. Check it out here. Enter a search term and just select the photos option on the left to see the available filter options to narrow down your search.
    Right now the new search is only available for global searches on www.smugmug.com .
