seems we have a few things in common, Hendy... we both live near Seattle, we're both unemployed, and we both like the "blue hour"... haven't seen a view of Seattle from this perspective, nicely done!

    Thx Lightmagic. :D

Thx Rocky, I saw your site and you have great pictures, many places i've never been. I live in belltown and dont currently own a car, so my places to shoot are limited in downtown area only :) and yes, we dont get a lot of clear skies here but when we do, we get amazing sunsets. :D

Wonderfully balanced, and thoughtfully composed. It's a very inviting shot, I really want to take an evening's stroll along there.

Thanks Colin, yes its a great place to take a stroll, especially in the summer when the sun sets around 9 or 10. There are also places to have coffee or late night desserts along the piers.

Thanks El Gato, do you live in the area as well? I had to lean over the fence with my tripod to take this picture, the fence was in the way :D

Hendy, there are some beautiful areas of Texas--we have mountains (nothing like the Cascades), desert, swamps, seacoast, prairie, etc. Lots of places I have not explored yet. Unfortunately, with the drought we've had for the last few years, lots of areas are gray and brown. One of the prettiest state parks was burned in wildfires last year.

Thanks for commenting and looking at my shots as well.
