I have this 28-105 3.5-4.5 USM lens for sale. It's got fast ring USM with FTM. Great walkaround lens! I have 100% ebay feedback, just pm me. It's in like new condition except for a tiny nick in the outer metal (just for full disclosure). Comes with caps.
