I have all sorts of ideas... the problem being that the things I would like to shoot are not to be found where I am at! Still trying to think of the unique location. In the meantime, these are a couple I took on my ride home today. I played around with the processing on the tracks just to be playing. Probably a bit too much for the challenge, but I kind of liked the outcome.

any thoughts?

For the #1 and 2 I would crop the left and right sides

#3 has potential as it looks a little like a painting - I would finish the image with some blue sky and maybe make it more to look like a painting....

I am a fan of the grain in #2. Makes the picture look old and give it some character.

I like #2 and #3. I agree with the suggestion to crop a bit off the sides in #2. My favorite of this batch is #3.

All of these are nice...my favorite is #3 for the color of the road. I also like the black/white in #2.

#2 is easy for me to love.

my only suggestion is if you try for a re-shoot try for a lower pov if possible, but its great as it is!

I like 1 or 2. I'd like to see what a vertical crop right down the middle looks like.

Thanks all... It has been a crazy week for me. I finally got to rest this weekend. I missed a perfect morning as it was foggy as all get out and I missed it. I can only hope tomorrow will be the same. The shots I have done crop down very well, I think... I will go back through and check.

Here are some different options on #2. I tried to go with a more vertical crop, but wound up with way too much white sky... at least it was too me. I still feel like there is a lot, but then that could work for the vanishing idea.

    2a) Cropped differently
    IMG0562-2-M.jpg

    2b) another Crop - vertical
    IMG0563-1-M.jpg

2c) New crop with vignetting added. Good or bad... enough or too much?

2d) New Crop with Vignetting and noise added to give an aged feel.

OK, looks like for now I am working with what I have. Here are some different options on #2. One is more of a square crop and one vertical. I also threw in two at the bottom with some processing to see if they look better plain or with some things added.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I liked the original full pano effect you have in the OP. I hope I didn't make you think anything was bad with it...I was just making a little humor about stuff... I can help you tweak it your PP if I've done something to hinder...??
