Here are a few more images from the Canadian Rockies.

Sorry about the watermark, but anyone with commercial intentions knows why they are there.

1) A nice drive indeed. The thing about these (7) huge connected parks is that literally around every bend you will find yourself saying, wow, awesome, etc so much that you will start to make fun of yourself for it.

Nice shots! I haven't been to the Canadian Rockies for too many years - your photos make me realize that I need to go back.

Nice shots Randy, I particularly like the last one of the CP Rail line at Morant's Curve.

I'm @ a different location now and can see these pictures!!

And I say wow what a place! I will be so close to there (I'll be @ Glacier NP) in a few months, but yet so far away from Banff... dang it!

I haven't made it to Glacier NP yet! It's on my list also. I can say with confidence though, that the Canadian Rockies will blow you away thumb.gif

I dearly love Colorado and have plans to build on my mountain property there, and I've heard people say that the Canadian Rockies make Colorado mountains look like foothills...yeah, yeah, yeah

As it turns out, THEY ARE RIGHT!!!

My son and his family live in BC; we are on the other coast. I try to get out that way at least once a year. Driving through the Rockies totally dwarfs your senses. For another unique experience, head to the high country around Kamloops. Desert land. Tumbling tumbleweeds, etc.
