I can't imagine why you would pick black and white for this.
The reds just grab the viewer and force the eye to the girl.
Black and white has it's place, but it works best - in my
opinion - in those street shots where colors that are not
part of and vital to the main subject are a distraction.
I do think you might crop out the column on the left in
the view. The dark mass of that seems to spoil the
almost monochromatic area around the girl and tip
the photo.
