ATV Racing

Had an opportunity to capture some more ATV racing recently. These are from a cross country type atv race where an average lap is 11-13 miles. The races are two hours long and I only get a couple of opportunities to snap some shots. The fun is finding the right spot and the right time. ;-) I use a Canon 60d, manual mode w/two Canon 430exii speedlites via PocketWizard FlexTT5. I love action shots with a mix of artificial light.     I like the second the first looks blown out. In sitting and looking at the second - I think I like it becouse of the location and wide angle lens more than the lighting and fast shutter speed.
