Very good. Tells a story, nice composition. You've fallen in love with blurring things, haven't you? naughty.gif I like the b&W.

Lynn, absolutely excellent picture. (How do you not get brush marks on the photo, and what does a brush mark look like?)

I love it in blk and white, and the blurring works there?

Now, my question, is that an example of lines?

Hi Ginger thanks. I did'nt actually blur this one.. I did use a little diffuse glow which added some grain. There are lines here but I don't think I would use this example for lines and curves. Re brush marks.. I use a big fat brush and set it to air brush and get real close in. Didn't need a brush on this one tho.

Ah, diffuse glow. I'll have to search that one out and play with it. You really are becoming quite a hand with PS, Lynn, good stuff.

Diffuse glow?? Could anyone expand on that? Plus, after the explanation, and the air brush explanation.

Is it a layers thing? Do you set it on there and then do the work, or do you put it on there afterwards?

I really don't know many basics.............or anything else for that matter.

Laughing.gif, no time to study that stuff, and, also, when I read the basics are assumed.
Or bigger words are used for basics I might know.

    I really want to know

Ginger, I did a quick Google search, gave me the answer pronto-like. It's under Filters/Distort/Diffuse Glow.

Diffused glow is in your "filters" under "distort".. it's the first one at the top. Just click on it.. wait.. and play! voila! if you are using PS CS when you select your brush at the end of the line to the right there is a little air brush option to select.. softens everything you paint or erase.
