That thing has be in that harbor for years (Pillar Point, CA); but it does have an Italian flair, doesn't it?

We have a ferry that sank just off the shore of the Island I live on. All you can see now is the smoke stack. I love river shots like these.
How did you get the haze on the right side of the background. Was it hazy that day or is that an effect?
