    Good shot. The colours are bright and vivid. Do I see (with my bifocals I'm never sure) a bit of flare on the right side of the bowl?

    Nice, this would be a short photo session for me, take a shot, eat some, take another shot, eat some more, lol. Ending with a pic of an empty bowl lol

    Thank you everyone for the comments. I love shots like these, kind of a cross between a product shot and still life.

    I think it picked up a reflection, I'm not sure of what. I had the main light above camera left and a fill light camera right even with the bowl to give a hint of the backside of the bowl. The studio was dark, and the surrounding black, so only possibility would be a stand.
