Problems with iPad app

My wife has installed the iPad app so she can show her brag photos of our granddaughter to her friends. Problem is, it continually crashes. I've uninstalled the app a number of times and tried saving the photos to her iPad 1 but it crashes during download all the time as well. We're both getting so frustrated. She's presently running 5.0.1 but this has been going on since December 2010 when we first got the iPad.

Any help would be appreciated. She's getting frustrated and that doesn't make my life any better. :)

On another note, I see that when you delete a photo from a gallery, it still shows up in the app. Is there a way to update things that are on the iPad?

    Hi,

    Sorry you're having trouble and getting frustrated!

    The first thing you want to try when the app starts acting wonky is doubleclick the home button, then click and hold the app icon. When the red minus appears click it to close the app entirely, then try rerunning it.

    If it still gives you trouble, our best suggestion right now is to uninstall and reinstall the app. If this doesn't set you right, please email us on the help desk so we can get more information from you.
