I think #4 is my favorite. It has some action to it. I do think you could brighten them up a little bit but understand the challenges with the white surface. Shot #1 just made me laugh as it is a great capture of something that happens all to often.
Thanks jmp and Bradford. About the brightening, I am not very strong on PP so not sure if there is a way to brighten without blowing out the ice. These have already been processed with a +1.75 on the exposure.

Have you tried "Image > Adjustments > Shadows and Highlights" to brighten them a bit?
Maybe also a use the dodge tool (maybe around 30-40% opacity so that you have a bit more control) to brighten up specific areas?

On #1, i think you're either shooting at the edge of the glass supports or near a scratch mark on the glass.
I think most of the images can use some pop by setting the black point.
