Kalanchoe dewdrop refractions

Couple of dewdrop flower refractions using a small kalanchoe flower. Taken around 4:1 FF and focus stacked by hand.

Brian - Marvelous images love the sharpness and the detail you get in the droplets...

Do you use an additive in the water that increases surface tension and so allow you to build a bigger droplet? I struggle to get a droplet large enough to get the level of detail you are able to attain...

Brooksy - these are natural early morning dewdrops on grass, so no additives. I did take the shots around 4:1 magnification with my MPE-65 lens
