Kudos to customer support

After having brought up several issues on the forums, I was contacted personally by smug mug customer support. I just have to say that they did an outstanding job with addressing my concerns and I really appreciate the time that he took to make sure that my opinions were heard. This is what keeps us customers around. While things might not always go the way that I think they should, it is refreshing to know that there are folks out there who do listen and care about what we are going through. anyway, thanks for taking time to reach out to your customers. smug mug is the best. I will even break from my self instituted ban on smilies and drop a couple to show my appreciation. :clap:clap:clap:clap:clap
