Smugmug issue with gallery view.

My Sub Category Image thumbnails will only show as a small size.

I have posted on the dgrinn forum but no one seemed to know how to fix it.

If you look on this link, you will see my thumbnails for each gallery are quite small.

I would look them to be the same size as my other thumbnails in the Sub Categories.

It seems I have no way to even them out, please advise.

I don't know of any way to make them bigger except maybe some sort of javascript hack. This is how they display.

Looking at a subcategory, the largest possible thumbnail is 150x150 if the thumb is square.

Because these are gallery thumbnails, they are shown bigger than subcategory thumbnails:

The largest the subcategory thumbnails will be is 100x100, if square. So to make them appear larger, you can crop the thumbnails and choose the 1x1 ratio, so that the thumbs take up more space.

Because these are gallery thumbs, not subcategory thumbs.

Sorry Mark, I don't know of a way to make the subcategory thumbs bigger, I can only tell you why the subcategory thumbs aren't as large as the gallery thumbs.

Also, comparing the gallery thumbs in the subcategory above to this subcategory:

The thumbs in the Portfolio by Client subcategory are smaller, because there are more than five galleries. So when you have fewer galleries, five or fewer, we can display the gallery thumbs as big as 150x150. If you have more than five, they also display as 100x100.

I believe the hack in the thread Now you can force gallery thumbnails to be larger works for subcategories as well as categories. Allen references one of his subcategory pages in the thread, and they are showing as the larger 150x150 size.
