In anticipation of tonight's miserable storm, my husband and I took advantage of a beautiful winter afternoon to take our dog for a nice walk down Mulberry Lane (yes, it's a real place). Hoover (the dog) enjoyed himself SO much he had to serenade us....

    Hi Ceci,

I really like this. It's a good shot as is, but I'm really drawn to it because the dog looks so much like a Belgian Shepherd that I grew up with.

Getting that black and white to a good balance like that is no small trick.thumb.gif

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Thanks Tom. I seem to be blessed (cursed?) with predominantly black animals - dog, cat and horse all have the same general coloration. And, living north of the 49th parallel means I get lots of practice balancing their colouring against snow.rolleyes1.gif

Hoover is an Australian Shepherd, btw.
