    I'm seeing a lot of chromatic aberration - around the wheels and suspension, in particular.
    Newspaper photogs specialize in drive-by shootings.

    Yup you're right. It was taken when I first got my dslr

    I have since learned how to handle the situation, like here

    I far prefer the color version, warts and all. The buildings at the back command too much attention in B&W.

    I don't think thats CA. It looks like you have somehow managed to save a copy with the black clipping button clicked on Lightroom. This is the little triangle in the Histogram box. When you mouse over it or click it, it shows the parts of your image that are clipping in the highlights or blacks.
